About the Author

Dr. Scott Donaldson — “Papa Scott” — is a business professor at Crowder College in Missouri, where he also serves as Faculty Association President. But his favorite classroom has always been a lap, a couch, or the shade of a good tree, with his granddaughter nearby.

Scott writes the Papa Scott & Scottie Ray books for his granddaughter Scottie Ray — the little girl with the big bow you'll meet on every page — because the best lessons he knows were learned in small, ordinary moments: sharing a strawberry, giving a cookie, taking turns. The Adventures series turns everyday outings into first discoveries; the Values series pairs one small moment with one Bible verse worth remembering.

His Faith & Finances resources bring the same heart to family money: biblical stewardship, taught plainly, from a professor who also serves on his church's Finance Team. Everything here comes from Scott D Education, his publishing home in Riverton, Kansas.
